Lynn.....I placed an order on 12/7, but did not get the Confirmation E-mail (that usually comes within 30 seconds of placing an order). I waited until the next day, and when it still hadn't arrived, I wrote to them and asked if there was a problem. I didn't get a response to that, but I did get the customary Confirmation one the following day. However, I have yet to get the one that says the order has been shipped. I sure hope that Cigmall.net isn't going down the same dusty trail as Yesmoke did! I will keep you (and this site) posted -- and let you know when I do receive a Confirmation that it has been shipped. Has anyone else besides Lynn had a problem with Cigmall.net?

I have sent them three emails asking if they had received my order and if everything was OK. I haven't gotten a response. This is not looking good! Is there any other place it is safe to order from?

Do you have a spam filter/folder in your e-mail account? If so, you might want to look for cigmall's e-mails there. I know my tobacco related e-mails frequently end up in the spam box, even order confirmations.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I check my "spam" folder every day. Nothing there. Does this mean Cigmall.net is no longer working?

I had the same problem with cigmall several weeks ago when I was using the aol e-mail account.
When I e-mailed them from my yahoo account I received their reply the same day. Try to use other e-mail account, maybe the one you are using now is blocking their e-mails...

My two email accounts are with SBC and Yahoo. I will try sending them another email from each account. Thanks for the advice.

I received an email today saying my order had been received and was being processed, although she claimed she never got the follow-up emails. So, I guess I just wait and see if everything goes OK.

Despite my concerns regarding CigMall.net not sending me the customary e-mails after ordering until I wrote and requested them, my order did arrive, and in the same basic time frame as usual. So, guess all is okay with them. I placed another order today, and once again did not get the immediate confirmation e-mail, but no sense in panicing unless my orders don't arrive.
