Hello Everyone,
Through the years I have read several books about the regimes of various dictators such as Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin and Chairman Mao. I have often wondered what it must have been like to have lived in one of the totalitarian systems controlled by these men. Little did I think that I would live to experience first hand just what it is like, and while the assault on the rights of smokers is the primary reason most of us visit this site, this assault is just the tip of the iceberg. Since early in the 20th century, the people in this country have been slowly indoctrinated to unquestionable obedience to whatever law is passed by either the corrupt government or the degenerate "supreme court." And, with increasing frequency laws are passed or decisions handed down that directly infringe on citizens rights. This is made possible by the simple FACT that the lawyers who sit as "supreme court justices," as well as EVERY successful politician are bought and paid for by special interest groups. Any honest politician, (hah - that phrase really fleshes out the word oxymoron,) at any level, (local, state or federal,) who manages to get elected to office will either become crooked or his so-called peers will hound him out of office. And, anyone who doesn't realize this fact has done a good job of mimicking an ostrich! The mindless sheep who populate our country have been brainwashed to do AS they are told WHEN they are told and ninety-five percent of them never have a thought between their ears that doesn't originate either on the tube for boobs or in the print media. So what has all this to do with the rights of smokers? Just this - to whom are we to appeal? If we try to establish with the citizenry of our country that we are being grossly mistreated we are performing an exercise in futility and to appeal to our "elected officials" is a good case of "blowing smoke into the wind" (No pun intended.) I have made arrangements to remove myself (for all practical purposes) from the sphere of control of both the government and the "supreme court" and I hope that others have also.

If you don't know about it already, Google "Lawful Rebellion" and learn how to beat them at their own game.
Under that search you'll find that every court, city, state and the feds are listed under Dun and Bradstreet as being actual Corporations........hence the need for more and more laws and conversely more and more fines to line their pockets.
Once you grasp that you are not your Legal Fiction, (your name in CAPS) but an actual live human being, their game and jurisdiction over you is done. |

More:
All corporations, such as courts, government depts. police, councils, banks etc, work under a political corporate structure, working under and directed by policy (contracts). Anything they do has to fall within this structure and cannot be outside of it. Anything they require you to do is only achieved by them getting you to agree to do it.
They achieve your agreement by offering you documents (forms), by your acceptance of these documents it is seen by them that you have agreed to contract, usually upon their third application. Once you have agreed you are caught in the legal structure of such agreements, a consequence of this is that they only offer you a legal remedy and nothing else, even though it does exist i.e. the power to say ‘NO’.

Infinitethought,
When I was a lad growing up my father taught me many things, but one of the most important was that I should never stop reading and studying because to do so would mean that I would lose touch with the world. He also explained to me that the more I read and studied, the less I would know. I never quite understood what he meant by that until I was over thirty years old. So, I have spent over sixty years, (I'm seventy-one,) reading, studying, searching and researching. No one has ever looked me in the eye and accused me of being stupid, but some have looked me in the eye and accused me of being ignorant (and rightfully so.) I have often said, and I believe, that it is ironic that we live in what is being called, "the information age," and actually know less that at any period of history that I can find. I have visited the website you suggested to me and must honestly confess that I stand amazed at my own ignorance. I have often heard it said that, "you cannot teach an old dog new tricks," but whoever says that only betrays the fact that he neither understands nor appreciates the character of the old dog. Today, thanks to you, a complete stranger in my life, I have seen some more of my ignorance and learned a new trick. I appreciate you, infinitethought.

infinitethought,
I just finished visiting D&B's website where I had an interesting experience. I searched several names; United States Government, Supreme Court, State of Illinois, the president, the town in which I live, and after the last entry, D&S's software presented me with a screen noting, "unusual activity on the website," and made me enter a code to continue. I find that most interesting even though it may be meaningless.

Hey, Gilster, I appreciate your suggestion and have watched the first segment. I think I'll like watching the remainder of the videos. I can see that anyone who understands the constitution that well will never be elected to public office. You said the videos have torqued your jaws a little, but if you really want to get your nose bent out of shape, go back three postings from yours to the post to me from infinitethoughts and google "legal rebellion" and watch that video. You'll really hit the overhead!

Yeah.....I'm not too surprised by that.
Here's a great video on youtube called "The Calling". Personally, I believe it's the only one that gives full info on the true history of the world. |
