If anyone is wondering how you can FAX the U.S. Senators on the PACT Act, or maybe you wanna fax em the sigs from the petition, you can view my blog's main page at http://prossmoker.net
I just posted a list of the fax numbas for the Senators in all 50 states. One smoker online thinks Senators can't easily ignore faxes unlike phone calls and emails.
Since the fax phone list is too long, dat's why I ain't posting it on here. |

I'm posting the link to the petition site and urging all readers to go and sign this petition. To date there are only about 2000 signatures and the goal is 15,000.
This petition is very important, not just to smokers, but to every American who wants to protect their Rights and Freedoms!
Please, even if you aren't a smoker, go to this site and sign this petition. We only have one tenth of the signatures we need. If you care about protecting what few Rights and Freedoms we have left, I can't overstate how important this is! It jeopardizes every purchase you can make over the Internet, not just tobacco supplies. The government is trying to regulate what businesses like UPS and Fed-Ex have the right to transport. In addition, this law would have a devastating impact on the US postal service, which is already running in the red. Thousands of businesses will be forced to close and countless Americans will lose their jobs.
WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO SHIP TO MICHIGAN OR MONTANA DUE TO STATE LAWS REGULATING TOBACCO. MORE STATES WILL BE ADDED AS WE ARE MADE AWARE.
ALL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE READ!!!
please sign the petition below:(click below)

The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act of 2009 ("PACT Act") (S.1147) was scheduled for consideration by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday, November 19th. This legislation contains, among other bad ideas, a provision which would make ALL cigarettes, RYO and smokeless tobacco products nonmailable. This bill has already been passed by the House and by the Senate Judiciary Committee, and is now going to the full Senate floor for a vote at any time!
By making all cigarettes, RYO and smokeless tobacco products nonmailable, this law means you will no longer be able to purchase these products by mail-order, telephone order, or on the Internet, because the United States Postal Service, along with UPS, Fed-Ex and all other carriers will be prohibited by law from delivering your orders to you. Taking away your options means forcing you back to buying over-priced tobacco products from your local retailer. Let your Senators know that you don't want this!
If you wish to preserve your rights and freedoms, you have to make your opinion known and your voice heard. Contact your Senators today and tell them to vote NO on S.1147, the "PACT Act"!
Blessed Be,
Myrrh |
