I just tried ordering from Smokers Outlet last night, but they do not ship to Michigan anymore. I emailed them and they said they rec'd a letter from the State of MI and Montana informing them that shipping tobacco to these states is prohibited.
I was ordering pipe tobacco. Now, I don't know where to buy online that is legal to ship to Michigan. Does anyone know? I was led to this site http://www.michigan.gov/taxes/0,1607,7-238-43542_43547-155663--,00.html but I can't figure out where I can buy pipe tobacco online legally as a Michigan resident.
It really sucks that it's so hard to buy tobacco online.

The feds are trying to pass a law that will make it illegal to ship tobacco to any state.
Might want to do like a few of us and grow your own ( or find a local farmer that grows it  )
