Avis and Budget have just announced that they will be banning smoking in their rental fleet. Of course we know this as discrimination.
Additionally they will resort to extortion, they like to use the term a "cleaning fee", if evidence is found of smoking.
I say why not help them along if they insist on self inflicting financial losses and refuse to use these companies.
(I realize this may may be hard in some locations, airports, etc. tho. )
