How come people seem to only listen to the parts of my posts that they want to? What I said is we're
not inhaling EVA, we're inhaling it's combustion byproducts. Same goes for lighters, it's much, much safer to use a BIC lighter than a burning stick. When BIC lighter fuel (butane) is burned it's combustion byproducts are only C02 and H20, you're not inhaling lighter fluid. When you burn a stick you're inhaling who knows what. That stick could contain anything, you know Aspirin is made from the bark of a tree. |

Actually, that's a carton of 5 packs, leaving the price of a single pack of cigarettes at a much smaller, but still overpriced, $11.65. |

I got stuck on the post talking about inhaling EVA. So what you're saying is interesting. I never knew that about butane. Do you have some links, I wanna check that out.
Well there goes one of my theories. |

Oh ok. I thought that was ridicoulously priced. Thanks. |

From the wikipedia page on butane: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butane#Reactions_and_uses
Reactions and uses
When oxygen is plentiful, butane burns to form carbon dioxide and water vapor; when oxygen is limited, carbon (soot) or carbon monoxide may also be formed. |

Ocean, read the entire thread.
Quote: Edit: Lol, I didn't notice until just now when I saw my message with my signature... but aparently those bands are such a hugely recognizeable feature in cigarettes that Green Smoke felt it necessary to include them in the design of their electric cigarettes.
The black lines are not the FSC bands. |

Hello everyone.
I noticed the American Spirit site, which someone posted about earlier, says they use modified papers and/or filters to meet FSC compliance but their tobacco remains additive free.
So, there's some tricky language being used.
They don't put anything in their tobacco but the paper and filter are fair game for FSC additives.
I'd take this into consideration when a company says they don't add anything to their tobacco.
If the person who posted about a reply from NS is still around; did Nat Sherman say they didn't add any chemicals to their tobacco or to their cigarettes?
I pulled an MCD apart and they have a shiny banding on the inside in sections and none in others - it alternates the way the bands do on other FSC smokes. |

I'm so fed up with people making their first post here without reading anything. This has been covered numerous times so I'm not gonna say it again. |
