| I too received a letter from custome. Got it 2 weeks ago (begining of august) for an order I placed back in november 2004. |

| my order has been hijacked by customs twice now. please tell me where to find the law about personal use. It was one envelope at each seizure. The first letter came from the ATF and the second from US Customs. Remind me what country we are living in? |

| So, when you get these "letters" what happens? Do you get taxed? I'm curious if govt is taxing out of country cig sales yet? |

I haven't done anything. I threw them out. Like someone else said they have them and I don't. I don't have the means to get them back, so I'm just out the money. I heard rumors about the taxing but haven't seen it. |
