Dear customer,
in agreement with the representatives of the credit card companies, due to the massive amounts of the refund that we would have to process, which would further delay your money recovery, we have come to the conclusion that the fastest uay to get back your money is to ask for a reversal of charges from your credit card company.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you, but we think that your loss would be recovered faster this way rather than wait for us to process each refund one by one.
Please do not hesitate to contact un for any further assistance you may need.
Thanking you inadvance for understanding
Best Regards,

| Cybercigs is another fine indian shop. All these shops only cater to really high taxed states though. They're almost always more than Richmond's prices or making your own. It's a foregin country without customs for now. |

they sent me this email the other day, looks like it happened more than once, despite what it says on their website. This email suggest they will honor their guarantee of shipment, then they sent one saying I should reverse payment with my credit card. I guess there's no hope for recovery on the shipment.

Dear Customer,
as you may be aware, within the last few weeks, we have
experienced delays with our delivieries due to the inspection that took
place last month at JFK and the investigation that ensued which, besides
taking us by surprise--as Shipping cigarettes, infact, is legal in the USA--
created a serious delivery problem for the majority of our US clients.
Althought the inspection has been widely reported as it being done on the
cigarettes coming from abroad, Swiss Post has recently informed us
otherwise, it is indeed standard practice of itnernational customs to routinely check--and therefore hold--all incoming mail.
We are very sorry about this problem but you should know that we
are now in the process of resuming regular deliveries. We understand and we do apologise for the nuisance of waiting for your orders this long. As we mentioned, this situation was absolutely unforeseeable: Swiss Post has formally questioned the need for such inspection to take place and we are awaiting answers from USPS on the subject.
Meanwhile, we wish to reassure you that since the satisfaction of our
clients is our priority, should you fail to receive your order within
the next ten days, we will stand by our satisfaction guarantee and honor our replacement or refund procedure.
Please note that this unfotunate incident has taken place on the eve of the
launch of the new Yesmoke brand, which is set, alongside our entirely
redesigned website for Tuesday December 6th. Our brand is the first one in the world whose recipe has been entirely disclosed to the authorites, and the only one in the world to have the date of production stamped on the packet. Please do visit us again and you'll also have a chanche to view our new website which will offer, besides smokes at a real affordable price as always, an entire section of information on the tobacco world and all its not so out in the open areas....
Please do keep us posted about your delivery, we are here to assist you,
Thanking you in advance for your comprehension,
Best Regards
Customer Care

We have infact learned today through our customers that cigarettes were held up again last Monday at JFK, and much as we are thankful for the info, we are sorry to have to inform you that this will cause further delays. |

| Providian did an automatic chargeback for me. The transaction for $10.70 just disappeared. |

| Is it safe to say now that the credit cards canceled yesmoke and affiliated swiss smoke shops as vendors, and everyone got a chargeback? Is there anyone out there that didn't get a refund? Check online. |

I have just recently found out about the yesmoke situation. It sure would have been nice if they e-mailed us when the problem first came to be. I didn't know untill a couple days ago!
But anyway they say they guarantee refunds, and some of the posts here say that yesmoke suggests that people go through their cc companies first due to the large number of lost shipments.
I have tried that today and was told that I should recieve a reply in 5 to 7 days. I'll have to wait and see what happens.
But at any rate this is a real bummer
I think I'll try the MYO option. I've looked at several sites but feel overwhelmed with so many choices. Many posts here say that the buglar and midnight special taste like marlboro, but what about all the others?
Does anyone have any likes or dislikes? |

| I like anything but sixty one. Don't use pure hand rolling tobacco or sixty one, and you'll love it. |
