Credit card companies made an agreement with the ATF to not process tobacco orders from overseas. You can still purchase them via echeck. The ATF probably won't have enough manpower to police all of the merchants and special agreements would have to be made with other governments to turn over records. this would probably be too costly for the other guys. The Patriot Act does give them access to your bank accounts.
Illegal? Democrats in the congress don't pay all their taxes. Why should we?
If you aren't ready to belly up to the bar, quit smoking. Or feel guilty every time you pay over $50 per carton, not angry. |
