| and i received my cigs just now. thank goodness. pricey at 27 bucks but still better than 50-70 in NY. but now, i'm definitely considering rolling my own. |

DO NOT ORDER FROM E SMOKES UNLESS YOU"RE PREPARED TO PAY THE STATE EXCISE TAX IN A YEAR.
E smokes is not on indian soil, so they are forced to mail a copy of your order to your state's tax dept. In NJ, it takes the dept of taxation a year to process, and you WILL be taxed $24.00 a carton. The $3.90 a carton federal tax is already paid. I guess this is a good alternative if you'll be significantly richer a year from now, and you just want to defer your state taxes.
E-Smokes offers deferred state excise tax, Rons offers no state excise taxes. |

It seems my last Yesmoke charge on 12/15 has been reversed but the others still remain. Ugh. I should've looked this stuff up long ago.
I buy from Ron's Smokes now. They have been prompt and reliable thus far. |
