I think Niagara is pretty good. I think I liked Senecas too. Probably the Senceas are closer. Definately go with full flavor. Smoke at least 2 or 3 packs before you make a decision about them.

I have starter kit on the way. I figured I might as well try making my own. The $ savings sound appealing Smile I also have a carton of Yesmoke Lights on order (don't know if I'll ever get them Mad ) Anyway, just have to wait and see what YeSmoke does next year.

just tried to get the reversal of charges from yesmoke, but since i used a check card, they can only file a dispute. my bank says this could take up to 6 months.

I have this same problem! What bank are you using? I'm just wondering if it's Commerce.

I actually think it might be an issue when people have used a bank card like myself!
Stupid as it sounds, after speaking with customer service at Commerce over the phone, I have not even gone to my bank to fill out the paperwork for a refund. They made it seem like it would be a lost cause because I authorized Yesmoke to Debit my account.

Hello Everyone!

I contacted Capital One to have the money credited back to my account. They said it would take 30 days, but i was shocked to hear that i have to send Capital One All the correspondence between yesmoke and I, the orders when i made them, etc....
Is this the way it works? Did anyone else ordered cigaretes from Yesmoke through Capital One? I am surprised, because i was expecting to just make a phone call, not all the rest. I now have to waste some time and money to make copies, send them, make sure that i get proof that i sent them, etc...
So please, anyone...Is it how the process works, or did i just get a weird costumer service representative?
PS: And you know what he said? He said that YesMoke was shot down and they would like me to always send them a copy from the yesmoke site where it says that it was shot down. I went to the site and it does not say that it was shot down!! And even if it said that, why would Capital one tell me that they want a copy that says that "it was shot down" , when they already know?????????????????????????(they are the ones who told me so)
Any responses, suggestions, will be extremely appreciated. Thanks.
Happy Holidays.

I called my creditcard company "First Bankcard" and told them that yesmoke had e-mailed me saying to ask for credit through them. They said they would send me a form to fill out and to include a copy of the e-mail.
