If there was any way for the states (or the feds for that matter) to extract any taxes from us for buying from offshore sites, I'm sure they would have attempted to take us all to the cleaners when Yesmoke (Switzerland) was "disciplined" a few years ago. Also, Cigmall (Eastern Europe I believe) had action taken against them by Philip Morris not too long ago but there were no tax ramifications from that action either.
I suppose that if the gov't here (state or federal) wanted to get real nasty, they could begin the, probably very expensive, process of sifting through everyone's credit records looking for purchases from offshore sites. I hardly think it would be cost effective for them though, at least in the short run. With all the fiscal problems going on right now, I think they have much bigger fish to fry. |

| I must wonder, (being I just recently got caught), if you are ever audited by the goverment on your taxes and they request your bank statements, just how safe are you if you pay by visa, as those transactions show up on your bank statements? Just a thought, maybe something to consider. |

| I roll my own and looked at a couple internet smoke shops for bulk tobacco and the prices were no cheaper than my local convenience store. |

So is CigMall.net gone for good? Was it because of PM?

The more you buy, the less you pay for per carton!
Marloboro Soft Pack: $11.99 percarton.
555: $12.99 per carton.
Camel, Kent, Dunhill, Sevev Star ^^^^^
If I was into pre-mades the $5.00 per carton shipping would kill it for me.

I guess with the possible increase on fed taxes, a carton of making my own would be nearly as much as buying a premade carton.
BTW< I'm under the impression that shop is an overseas shop since the Marlboro carton is just about as much as the currrent price of a MYO carton. |
