Hey all,
I am a smoker in Tennessee. The smoking ban went into effect Oct. 1 2007 here. I just read the new law on our state website and NOWHERE does it mention Herbal Cigarettes. I have searched the Tennessee Legislature website and the term "Herbal Cigarettes" is not found. Here is a story I found that is very interesting to say the least.

If the smoke from herbal cigarettes smells so bad...why would anybody smoke those? I guess if it gets around the rules that's ok but if it doesn't...why bother. |

| It's really not worth the bother, I have an electric cigarette that emits water vapour but no smoke because it's tobacco free, and the hassle I get from explaining that it's not real and therefore allowed is ridiculous. I bought it so I could enjoy a nicotine hit in pubs with my wine and cafés with my coffee but the time it takes to explain it to an employee who then has to get their manager and ask them about it makes it so not worth it |
