A few years back, the Supreme court ruled that you couldn't stop people from buying wine via the internet, sending it via the mail etc ... violated the commerce clause...

Now, let's see kids and drinking...ok, did they stop that...no...so what's the difference with wine and cigs...seems to me the same thing would apply...violation of the commerce clause....kids are going to get booze and cigs regardless of what you do...they are very inventive....and where are their parents...do we have to babysit all the teens in the US?

So how come you can buy wine over the internet but not cigs...?
