| I am a non-smoker who cannot stand when my fiancee smokes (rarely and always socially). In general, I do not like smoking, but understand it is a social activity at bars for the usual "non-smoker." Does anyone have any recommendations to help me not be uncomfortable in front of my fiancee if she smokes? She will not do it in front of me anymore, but I still want to be comfortable with it. I think I was tainted by my parents smoking around me ALL THE TIME when I was younger. I would appreciate any suggestions. |

Tainted by your parents? Nice point of view!
Yes, find another arrogant, intolerant, non-smoking fiancee and your
problem will be solved.
Your fiancee deserves better than you trying to get back at your parents
through her. |

| If she smokes rarely and socially then what is the big deal? Let her have some space too. |

| Why don't you start smoking socially yourself. If your fiance's smoking behind your back, that's only the begining. You will have taught her to be sneaky. |
