| I heard somewhere that you can legally possess tobacco at age 16 in the state of Connecticut. Is that true? Please somebodyhelp me find out. I have googled & stuff, but I am not really getting a difinitive answer. Please help me if you have any info. Thanks |

| That's true, but you can not buy the tobacco. If you are caught with cigs, you can be fined $50 in CT if you did in fact buy them yourself. If they were just given to you, you're fine. |
