I knew that esmokes and their clone mycigarettes.com suck and will report you for taxes, but I was in a pinch and they had the tobacco I wanted for cheap. I created accounts at both of their sites, and tried to order some rolling tobacco, but when I tried to place my order, it gave me a message saying:

"Currently we are not accepting orders from your state. Thank you for your patience."

WTF? I've ordered rolling tobacco from several other vendors, and it was never a problem. I've seen on some sites that they do not ship to certain states, but I've never seen GA on any of those lists. I don't see anything about that on esmokes or mycigarettes sites either. I looked all over their sites, and didn't see anything about that. I went through the process of creating accounts, and it didn't say a thing about it until I tried to send my order through, then they thanked me for my f@#&ing patience. I would think now that everybody knows better than to order cigarettes from them they would be hurting for customers. I sent emails to several of the email addresses they had listed on the sites, but half of them don't work, and of course I haven't heard any response from the ones that did. Are these b@st@rds even still in business?

I've heard from several sources they are now defunct, but can't verify it 100%.

Fvck esmokes. Me a customer at a shop that's a lot similar to esmokes...a wide selection of cig brands, cigars, and even smokeless tobacco. Including offering tons of cig brands made by Natives. But afta 5 months of being a regular customer, me still haven't received any back taxes for my orders. And my orders have been fast and fresh as always.

I don't think they have RYO materials at the shop I buy from, so I won't mention its name for obvious reasons.

These fly-by-night online tobacco shops suck big time as well. I'd avoid these shops if I was someone looking for MYO materials to buy online. Those mothafreakin vendors are more like scammers if they here today and gone tomorrow.

The online shop me at right now has been open since 2005.

I'm pretty sure esmokes has been out of business for at least three years. I don't know who is renewing their web address, it may be the government to catch people like you...Be very careful, MYC0. Cool

P.S. The tobacco products are cheap because the website hasn't been updated since they went out of business.

Be very careful of what? I do my research on EVERY smoke shop that interests me. Including examining how effective the customer service is. 5 months is a long time when you consider the fact most shops that DO report actually do so once per month per customer.

I'd be very careful if you buy tobacco period online. Including buying loose tobacco. Do your research on the shop before ordering at all.

Nope, sorry.

I wouldn't buy cigs from that shop you found. I know a shop online where I could buy a carton of Newports for less than 30 bucks! Even when I factor in shipping, I still pay less than 34 bucks for a carton at my shop.

This shop's price for Senecas is 2 bucks more than the price I pay for a Seneca carton. And I see their shipping rates are higha than the rates I pay for.

Jay;
I had to delete that last user and the post you replied; it was just a spammer with a tax trap website selling cigs illegally.

Bill, by any chance did the poster use the name 'peoarc'?

That name popped up on the other sites today too.
Can you elaborate on the company he's touting?

Yup, that was the user ... sorry I deleted the post and didn't save the address. I could just tell it was a spam trap, though - it did not look like a reputable seller at all. Plus, he posted the URL and he put the URL in his signature, obviously someone giving it the hard sell ...
