Anyone know about the Cruise ship that was constructed for an American cruiseline by a shipbuilding firm where the workers were not allowed to smoke at the site and the entire ship WAS a none smoking cruiseship?

The ship was loosing money like mad and the line had to change its tune.

anyone know of this one?
