Yeah, I agree with you, Lynda, in wishing that Ohio's statewide ban was amended MUCH more than just this. If this exemption does pass, it means that Ohio will, in essence, have the same exemption that the Florida state smoking ban has(which is that all bars have to ban smoking, unless food sales make up 10% or less of their business).
As much as I'd love to see a total repeal of Ohio's ban(and that Ohioians MUST NOT GIVE UP the fight to totally repeal Issue 5), at least this is somewhat of a start. |

Numbers are coming in for Ohio and so far Grove City had three bars close and Toledo has had 17 bars close.
As I get more numbers I will post them. |
