It's still us by 1% but let us not forget--------They don't pay attention to polls or studies that they lose.

The amazing thing about these polls is thay never reflect what the pro pollers the antis contract. Their targeted polls usually show 65-75% for bans.
In my area even with all the anti publicity coming from the media 3 polls showed 55%-45% against. One showed for % about the same. Our local anti newspapers ended up 56% against 44% for. This after months of anti smoking and ban editorials (as of today about 30 editorials) and pro anti articles. Funny thing is about a day after the results of their own poll it disapeared from the archives. It appeared PA was going to have a ban with alocohol establishments exempted but it is now starting to look like we may end up with one right out of the anti book. So much for comprimise. They did stick tobacco users with another $200 million in taxes.
