| In PA you can get a tickit just for having cigarettes on your person in a shool or on the grounds. welcome to the new police state. |

| That's too bad, but there are a lot of other cool things about PA. For one, you can still smoke in some malls. I was just in Philly to find a smoking mall. They even had ashtrays out in the food court. That was nice to see. |
