The state of Minnesota will go smoke free this year and smokers will have to take their habit outside.

While many non-smokers may be happy about the ban, some smokers feel their rights are being taken away.

Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty signed the public smoking ban called the quote "Freedom to Breathe Act" on Wednesday. As of October first smoking will be illegal in restaurants, bars, even taxi's. And it's an issue that's not settling well at one of Luverne's only smoking restaurants left in town.

Smoking is a key player for good business at Smokey Bear's Pizza in the Luverne. But this fall, the restaurant's atmosphere will change.
