I suspect that in some locations you could be off the property and still be within that distance.

| Just don't shop there. Go buy your groceries at Wal*Mart. They are pretty smoker friendly. |

The thing to do is find a Big Y where there is a public road less than 50 yards from the store and light up. See if their asses are big enough to cash that 50 yard ban...  |

Since this post got regenerated......
I have boycotted the stores since they put the policy in effect.
Unfortunately I needed to pick up one thing at one of the stores last weekend- only store in area
- cigarette butts were everywhere...
An activity, throwing butts, I don't advocate - but for this store, I think it's fine and dandy...
Small sign at entrance - 'smoke-free establishment'
Their website still boosts the smoke free tag at the bottom of the page.
They lost my $100+ a week |

Yea righto.............. " Sir, you will have to put that cigarette out, you are within 150 feet of our store"
Go fuck yourself............ LOL, Almost makes me wish I lived near one of them.
Ah well, soon it will be go-time here in Illinois also, we cannot seem to pass up a nice Nazi touch like these people have come up with. |
