I ordered 2 cartons from them and received only one. Both payments cleared my bank, yet only one box arrived. The payments cleared on January 18. I did send an email to them tonight, but I'm sure they are taking a Russian nap right now, since they are probably at least 6 hours ahead of me in time zone reality.
I liked what I saw in the first box that arrived, but I am reluctant to make a second order since the second box has not yet arrived, and it has been about 35 days since the money cleared my bank.
Also, no email or contact from them, evar. If the other box arrives, I will come back and convey that fact, but meanwhile, WTF?
I hope it all works out, because they seem like they could be the ultimate cig supplier, their prices rock hard, and I'm willing to wait 14 days to receive (as long as I receive). |

One more thing: their prices are less than half of what I pay in Texas. $19 for a carton of Marlboro lights, but if they never arrive, that's not very economical ...  |

| Still no email back from them, a day later. I hate to bash them after receiving one box intact, but wtf? I also hate the proposition of finding an alternative. |

| Maybe you e-mailed them during the weekend?! As I know they are not working on weekends but anyway you should have received an answer by now. Haven’t you? I’m buying my cigarettes from cigmall since 2004 and they are always answering my e-mails in a timely manner. |
