| Hello, I noticed there haven't been any questions or recommendations about where to buy cigs online in a while. Are there any reliable sites left?? |

It probably has something to do with all the sales tax "stings" lately.
I would buy on-line, but the chance of the gub'mint coming back on you for sales tax is pretty much guaranteed these days.
Save some now, and pay a lot later, is about what it boils down to.
Good luck. |

| Yeah, they burned my Brother for smokes he bought online in Michigan, since he refused to listen to me and used his credit card. Had to pay over 2000 bucks. |

| [freak] that. I'll order tobacco online, but I'm not going to order ready made cigarettes online. It's true that Russian sites are safe, but but I don't want to have to worry about it. You shouldn't order any cigarettes from MI. I think he was asking for the tax. A New Mexico Indian reservation should be safe. NY is not. They have a tax agreement with the government, and the tribal leaders must get a cut of it for enforcing it on the reservation. The Pueblo tribe in NM probably won't report you, but they won't gaurantee it on their site. There's less chance of the indians in New Mexico cooperating with the government, because it's a smaller reservations. The reservations in NY are part of the 6 Nations Iriquois/(Seneca and Mohawk mostly), so there's bigger government thus bigger cooruption. The Seneca tribal leaders originally had a free market on their reservation, now they closed it, and started taking bribes from the federal govt to collect taxes. You see the indians are loosing their freedom just like we did as the reservations get bigger government. The Pueblos in New Mexico, on the other hand, have an open market and their SMALL government is for the people. |

If you've purchased online from the wrong outfits and get one of those letters the first thing you should do is take it to your tax preparer for his opinion. If the amount is large take it to a tax attorney for review.
You can also be pro active and when you do your yearly taxes for the State list a few hundred bucks on it. That way if you ever do get a letter you have proof that you paid taxes for online purchases. Simply apply the amount you listed on your taxes toward that letter. |

| bob99, what brand are you looking for? And how much would you expect to pay buying online? I could share a resource, but they only do RJR. |

I used to order from www.blackhawktobacco.com. They had very good service. My favorite cigs from the site were the Skydancer Lights.

They're very smooth and have good flavor. Now I make my own and order from www.cigarettetobacco.com
My favorite tobacco is Windsale Platnium with Premier light tubes and Ramback Gold with Vera Cruz Nocturne tubes. Their service has been very good also. |

| Can anybody recommend a good Native American brand that actually has more nicotine in it? The Native brands I've tried (Native Lights) don't have even as much nicotine as a Merit or Marlboro Ultra Light. |
