| establishment, move or just deal with it...everyone has to deal with stuff that they don't like or don't agree with...every day...but when you go out to a bar for a couple hours, just get over it and deal with it! BTW...I am an occational smoker and I don't like heavy smoke either but, hey, I deal with it just like I deal with the 100s of other things that irritate me every day. |

| it is a real shame that those who don't smoke feel that they own the world and what is correct for them should be for everyone. Talk about small minded. Cough_hack please quit your whining |

I don't think there is a nice way to ask someone to put out their cigarette especially when they paid $7 a pack for them.
Its a confrontational act and that should be taken into consideration before you act, there could be more severe consequences than smoke blown in your face, bars have a reputation for violence and the broken nose you save could be your own.
You know nothing about this person other than he is smoking a cigarette and I feel that it is really ballsy to confront him.
Why not simply move away and avoid a confrontation. |
