I've met a lot of great people on this site. I'm not real out-going, or social, but I had an idea about a get together of some sort. I think we'd have a blast.
Bill, DC, Naptown, Torq, Gabz, jcleitz, Eric, gilster, any ideas? |

| Wow.. glad to be included in that group you mentioned.. I am not sure where everyone is located, but do not think we are all that close to each other.. I think there is at least one more from Jersey like me, and I am pretty sure there is a DC and PA person on here (grin) |

Glad to be included in the group too!
I'm in MA on the CT border, can pretty much hit anywhere in the Tri-State Metro NY area.
Great American Smoke out is Thursday Nov 16th - don't know how do-able that would be. How's Columbus Day weekend? How many people have that day off?
Right now I have access to a ton of smoke friendly private clubs, could be an option but lots of driving for most everyone.
The further this may go - we'll need to PM locations. |

It seems that a lot of us of us are in the OH, PA, NJ, MD, area.

Glister, that sounds good, so far. If you have any ideas where it could be held, let us know. I can be in the PA, NY, NJ,or MD area within 2-7 hours, depending on the location. I'm in SE Ohio. I'm not far from VA, either
Gilster, I think we could e-mail Bill at the lobby's email, and he could email a list of addresses to those that are interested back to us. At least then it would be more secure. Keep the ideas coming. |

let's not forget tnsmoker, colin, tom, smokin, michael mc fadden and even carolann and the many others who may not post here on a regular basis but strongly support our "cause" and might be up for a road trip...
I recently resigned a summer gig so my time is currently flexible...that could change on a moment's notice though but it is something I'd really love to do...
I've lived in several states but spent my first 18 years in Belmont County... |

Absolutley right, Naptown. I want all who are intereted to be involved, give ideas, whatever. Carol Ann, Runamok,Torq, Darkseid, Gabz, Tom, everone.
I'm not far from Belmont county, and am familiar with it. Cool!
It does seem a lot of us are in these areas. At least around here, freedom still reigns. I want to keep it that way. |

Thanks for thinking of me! But I live in the other end of Tennessee, , so it's a little too far away for me. My husband just started a new job and with his crazy schedule, we couldn't get away. I'll be there in spirit, though! Y'all have fun! |

I'm from the extremely embarassing state of Minnesota, so I'm a little ways out. Too bad we weren't all from Nevada since that'll be about the last place to go, and you can pretty much do what you want there.
You all have fun and I'll be there if I get on one of those whims to just drop everything. |

I'm going to send my e-mail to Bill, via the lobby's mail. Anyone who's a member of this board that wants it, can contact Bill.
How's your area, Naptown? There any where to go? DC, jclietz, all: same question.
Anyone who's interested, e-mail me. |
